Earnings = $0.00

Well been here a whole 11days and not a penny in earnings to my name...i was hoping for at least a penny..come on now.

Anyone else have any luck?

Not only that but i noticed nobody ever comments in blogs here? (or is it just mine?)
This can be a good test blog..i will give all my present earnings to the first person who comments here!
My challenge to you.

As well i've sent a few private messages and no responses there either...is everyone a robot but me?

Chuck couldn't have explained it better. The Click through ratio for reads/earnings will vary a bit by your topic and where those readers are coming from. The longer your writings are on the site the more likely the ads are to be targeted to related subjects to your post. Also the longer the articles are here the more likely the search engines will be to send target readers instead of random readers who aren't as interested in the subject matter!

We're also working on a new company that will create additional revenue streams for your blog on fusepress. I'll let everyone know about that though when the time is closer... hopefully in the next week :-)

Thanks for the reply...
Not that i'm complaining about lack of comments its just different when you're used to a forum as I am.

Wasn't looking for get rich quick either, but it does seem strange with so many blog page hits i haven't made a penny to my name. HAHA its all good!
I've got time on my side ;) and glad to be part of this site.

I saw both this blog and the message you sent to me.  I have been on for exactly six weeks and have made over $4 from this blog in that time.

It does take time and, because it is promoted by the owner, your chances of being read are greater than if you have your own blog.  In my case I have two other blogs, http://shamrocks147.blogspot.com/ and http://nugent-economics.blogspot.com/ the second of which I have had since 2004 and have only generated about $3.50 to date.  So, FusePress is definately a better revenue generator.  But it is not a get rich quick site.  Rather, it is a potential income stream and the nice thing about it is, a year from now you could still be receiving income from articles you have written in the past 11 days.

A couple of pieces of advice, it you want to make money then you have to look upon this from a marketing perspective.  Find out what the customer, readers in this case, want and what can you write that they want.  Secondly, even if you write what they want, it is important to give it a title that catches their eye and makes them want to read it.  Once you get a fair amount of articles posted you will find that first, your chances of someone reading one of your articles increases and, second, if they like what they see they will tend to browse through your other articles.  The longer they stay on your articles the greater the chance that they will be attracted by one of the ads and click on them - that is where you make your money.  You are essentially providing the content that draws people to the ads and the more ads they read that are attached to your content the more money you make.  So, keep trying and be patient, but, most of all, focus on attracting readers.  If self expression is your thing then go to blogger.com or one of the numerous other sites that offer free blogs and use that for saying whatever you feel while focusing on FusePress for articles designed to attract readers.
